Payments for projects are required as per the agreed terms. Refunds are processed only if the work has not commenced or as per our specific refund policy for the project.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights of the final agreed design are transferred to the client. LogoMart retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.
